Identifying your buying profile is critical to the hedging process. Our sessions are designed to help you recognize your buying profile and adopt strategies that fit that profile.

Propane prices were extremely volatile in 2006 as they followed the swings in the crude markets. The volatility of 2006 will most likely be a common characteristic of the markets in the foreseeable future.

If you owned prebuys in 2006, you were most likely locked into a supply cost that was much higher than winter pricing. Our strategies show ways to protect pre-buys. We will go over some market timing tools that can help identify good and bad markets. We call it, "buying on the right side of the curve".

Also, strategies that provide more control over your winter buying programs without jeopardizing traditional supplier relationships will be presented.
