Established new wholesale propane marketing business line which was embraced by El Paso during purchase of PG&E's NGL assets. Managed risk associated with propane inventories, established marketing strategies, and managed the business for profit. Incorporated Hattiesburg propane storage leasing into business line. Directed the supply purchase and tolling arrangements associated with Warren's fractionation assets which converted raw NGL's into finished components. Managed and generated revenues for the internal transportation and pipeline groups.
